Cookie policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Cookie policy explains how Vinedem uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) when you visit vinedem.com or use the Platform.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Together with local storage, they let us keep your session, remember your preferences and understand how the service is used.

2. Types of cookies we use

Essential

These are needed for the Platform to work and cannot be turned off. They include:

  • Session and authentication: keep you securely signed in using short-lived access tokens and a refresh token.
  • Active organization: remembers the organization you are using.
  • Security: help protect your account against unauthorized access.

Preferences

  • Theme: remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
  • Consent: remembers your choice about this cookie notice so it is not shown again.

Analytics

  • We use Google Analytics and Vercel for aggregate usage and performance metrics, which help us improve the Platform. This data is handled in aggregate.

3. Managing cookies

The first time you visit you will see a notice where you can accept or manage your choice. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that if you block essential cookies, some features (such as signing in) may stop working properly.

4. Third-party cookies

Some of our providers (for example, the payment processor Stripe or the analytics tools) may set their own cookies when you interact with their services inside the Platform. Their use of that data is governed by their respective policies.

5. More information

For more detail on how we handle your data, see our Privacy policy. If you have any questions, write to us at support@vinedem.com.
