Terms and conditions

These Terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Vinedem (the "Platform"), an online management system built for electronics repair shops, available at vinedem.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

Vinedem lets you manage your business from one place: work orders and repairs, clients and suppliers, product and parts inventory, sales, expenses, debts and account balances, plus reports and statistics. We offer a free plan and paid plans with expanded features.

2. Account and organization

• To use the Platform you must create an account with a valid email address and a password, and then one or more organizations (your business).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You can invite other people to your organization with different roles (owner, admin or member). The organization owner is responsible for how the members they invite use the service.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, payments and subscriptions

• The free plan does not require a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on your choice.
• Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Vinedem does not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Unless applicable law requires otherwise, amounts already paid are non-refundable. You can keep using the paid plan until the end of the contracted period.
• We may update prices; changes will be communicated in advance and apply from the next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or to store data you have no right to process.
• Attempt to access accounts, organizations or systems belonging to others without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, overload it or breach its security measures.
• Resell or exploit the Platform without our express authorization.

5. Your data and content

The data you enter (clients, orders, sales, inventory, etc.) is yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate, host and back up the service on your behalf. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may modify, add or discontinue features to improve the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinedem will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. We recommend exporting and backing up your information regularly.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms. After cancellation, we may delete the associated data once the legal retention periods have elapsed.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
