11. Plans and limits
Vinedem runs on different plans. Each one enables more features and higher limits. You change plan whenever you want from Billing.
11.1 The available plans
- Free: to get started. It includes the essentials to run the shop, with lower limits (for example, on the number of products and photos).
- Standard: for shops up and running. It raises the limits and enables features made for day-to-day use.
- Premium: without the limitations of the previous plans. Meant for higher-volume shops that need to work without caps.
The exact detail of prices and what each plan includes is on the pricing screen and in Billing, always up to date.
11.2 What happens when you reach a limit
Some actions (like adding products, repairs, sales or charges, or uploading photos) have a cap depending on your plan. When you reach it, the system warns you and offers to upgrade the plan to continue: the create button opens the plans, and the create screen shows a notice with See plans instead of the form. Nothing you already loaded is lost.
Customers, suppliers and brands have no cap: you can add as many as you need on any plan.
11.3 Upgrade, change or cancel the plan
- Upgrade the plan: from Billing or from the notice that appears when you reach a limit. You go to the secure payment to confirm the change.
- From the pricing screen: when you are signed in, choosing a plan takes you straight to the secure payment, without going through Billing.
- Manage the subscription: from the payment portal you update the payment method, change plan or cancel.
- When you cancel: you keep access until the period you already paid ends; after that, the organization returns to the free-plan limits.
- If a payment is pending or the plan has ended: the organization picker shows Payment pending or Expired under the organizationâs name instead of the plan name, until you sort it out in the payment portal.
Permissions: managing the plan and payments is done by the organization's Owner.
