Can I save the phone’s unlock pattern?
Yes. In the order you choose whether the device uses a pattern or a password and record it, so the technician can access the device to test it.
Can I search for a repair by IMEI?
Yes. The jobs list searches by order number or by part of the IMEI.
Can customers see how their repair is going?
Yes. The receipt includes a tracking code the customer uses to check their phone’s status without calling the shop, and you can share the link with them on WhatsApp.
Can I sell accessories as well as do repairs?
Yes. You record product sales with their payment method, and the stock is deducted with every sale.
