Frequently asked questions
What goes on the repair ticket?
The customer and device details (brand, model, IMEI or serial number), the fault, the diagnosis, the price breakdown and the status. The A4 format adds the warranty, signatures and the stub.
Can I print it on a thermal printer?
Yes. The Ticket format is the narrow strip for the thermal printer at your counter, with number, date, customer, fault and password.
Can I add my own warranty?
Yes. The terms and conditions you set in your shop settings are printed on the A4 receipt.
How does the customer check the status?
With the tracking code printed on the receipt, or with the link you share with them on WhatsApp from the order.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. With the Free plan you create orders and print receipts without a card, with low limits for trying it out. Paid plans raise them.
