Can I print the quote?
Yes. From the order you generate a PDF of the quote with the diagnosis and the faults found, or of the confirmed order with the notes.
Can I save the device’s password?
Yes. The order stores the password or unlock pattern so the technician can access the device.
Can I track my parts inventory?
Yes. You add parts with a code and price, follow stock in real time and get an alert when it runs low.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free plan lets you start without a card, with low limits for trying it out. When you need more, you move to Standard or Premium from the pricing page.
